This is a case arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. Plaintiff Dorothy H. Kelly alleges that Defendant Wolpoff & Abramson, L.L.P., violated the FDCPA by misrepresenting the ownership, existence, and/or amount of a debt it was attempting to collect from her. This matter is before the court on “Defendant’s Motion for Sum mary Judgment on All Claims and Memorandum in Support,” filed January 14, 2008, and “Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment,” filed January 24, 2008.…
