Arturo Andrade-Zamora petitions for-review of a decision by an immigration judge (IJ) — affirmed without opinion by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)— pretermitting his application for cancellation of removal. The IJ pretermitted An-drade-Zamora’s application for cancellation of removal because Andrade-Zamora committed theft in the fourth degree, a crime involving moral turpitude.
