In this bid protest, Plaintiff Sheridan Corporation (“Sheridan”) is challenging an agency’s corrective action that would involve the submittal of revised proposals where no apparent reason for such action exists. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of Maine, National Guard Bureau (“the agency”) awarded a contract to Sheridan on May 12, 2010 for the construction of a KC-135 aircraft hangar in Bangor, Maine.
