Codefendants appeal from separate judgments 1 of conviction entered on identical jury verdicts finding each guilty of attempted murder in the first degree (Pen. Code, §§ 664 and 187); kidnaping to commit robbery (Pen. Code, § 209) with bodily harm; and robbery in the first degree (Pen. Code, § 211) with intentional infliction of bodily injury. Each contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict as to the robbery count, and that his motion for a separate trial should have been granted.
