2Per curiam

Jean Coulter appeals from the order of the District Court dismissing her' amended complaint and denying her renewed motion to disqualify the District Judge. We will affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings.

Coulter alleges that she loaned $50,000 to the now-defunct Paul Laurence Dunbar Community Center (“Dunbar”) in 2013. She later filed this suit against Dunbar, several of its former officers or employees, and numerous other individuals.
