Wahl, by his will executed in 1888, and probated the same year, in Baltimore City, gave his entire estate to his wife, who is still living, for life. The appeal in this case is taken from an order of the •Circuit Court for Baltimore City, sustaining exceptions of certain of the appellees to the ratification of Auditor’s Account A filed in this cause.
