(defendant, with Cincinnati Insurance Company, defendants) appeals from an opinion and award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission ("the Commission"), finding defendants solely liable for workers' compensation medical and disability payments to Gurney Harris (plaintiff) that arose after 1 April 2014, as a result of plaintiff's injury on that date.
