This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Quitman County, Mississippi, wherein a judgment was rendered in favor of William Johnson Garrott, the appellee, on the ground that the suit of the appellant, Erving’s Hatcheries, Inc., against appellee was barred by the Mississippi three year statute of limitations. The lawsuit was originally filed by the appellant on an open account in which the appellant alleged that the appellee purchased chickens from the appellant and had failed or neglected to pay for the same.
