The appellant, Shackelford, filed two suits in the circuit court of Prentiss County on the 1st day of July, 1939, the suits being upon insurance policies in the respective companies issued to the appellant who was plaintiff in the court below on a stock of merchandise owned by the appellant, Shackelford.
