¶ 1. Respondent attorney Melvin B. Neisner, Jr. appeals from the recommended sanction of the Vermont Professional Responsibility Board Hearing Panel. Respondent was convicted of criminal offenses, including giving false information to a law enforcement authority and impeding a public officer, stemming from leaving the scene of a car accident and then falsely reporting that his wife had caused the accident.
