BACKGROUND
Plaintiff British Telecommunications plc ("British Telecom") filed its first amended complaint in this action on June 8, 2018, against IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC"), Match Group, Inc. ("MGI"), Match Group, LLC ("MGL"), and Vimeo, Inc. ("Vimeo").
