October 25, 1917, the Keystone Chemical Supply Company borrowed from the Union National Bank of Philadelphia, appellant, $4000, giving to the bank its demand note for that amount. At the same time it delivered to the bank as collateral security for the note two drafts, with bill of lading attached, one on the World’s Trading Company of New York for $1479 and one on Anderson & Gustafson, appellees, for $3219.65.
