OPINION

MEYER, Justice.

Scott P. Zenanko appeals from the post-conviction court’s summary denial of his second petition for postconviction relief. On May 12, 1995, a Crow Wing County jury found Zenanko guilty of the crimes of first-degree premeditated murder, first-degree intentional murder while committing a burglary, attempted murder, and first-degree burglary. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of life in prison for each murder conviction, a consecutive term of 180 months in prison for the attempted murder conviction, and a concurrent term of 48 months for the burglary conviction.
