[¶ 1] Harvest Hill Press appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Franklin County, Mills, C.J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Farm-ington, Mullen, J.) in favor of Franklin Printing. Harvest Hill contends that the court erred in denying its motion to dismiss for improper venue and that the court’s factual findings are clearly erroneous. We affirm the judgment.
