MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOHN W. LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

Petitioner James L. Dorsey was convicted in Kansas state court of one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and he remains in state custody. This matter comes before the Court on petitioner’s pro se petition for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (Doc. # 1), by which he alleges various constitutional errors con cerning his trial and sentence. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the petition.
