STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Plaintiff-appellant, Larry J. Walker (Walker), appeals the action of the Sullivan Circuit Court in granting a motion to dismiss under Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 12(B)(6) in favor of defendant-appel-lees, Casper Memering, Knox County Sheriff, and County of Knox (Public Bodies).
We affirm.
