Defendants-Appellants, INB National Bank, Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Kenneth C. Moran, and the Estate of Kenneth C. Moran, deceased [defendants are hereinafter referred to as Kenneth] appeal the judgment entered after a bench trial in favor of Plaintiffs, Appellees, Moran Electric Service, Inc., Joyce Moran Chaney, and Ethel Moran as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert W.
