I. INTRODUCTION

Pharaoh Gonder filed this action against Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. in New York state court alleging that Dollar Tree discriminated against him on the basis of race and retaliated against him. for opposing this alleged discrimination in violation of the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”). Dollar Tree removed this action to federal court on diversity grounds, and now moves to dismiss the Complaint and compel arbitration under an arbitration agreement between the parties.
