Starting in June 2013, Defendant contact lens manufacturers, Aleon Laboratories, Inc. (“Alcon”), Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. (“JJVC”), Bausch & Lomb Inc. (“B&L”), and CooperVision, Inc. (“CV”) (collectively “Manufacturer Defendants”) imposed mandatory minimum prices on a number of disposable contact lens products.
