MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPARR, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the court on Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment and Torke’s Request for Sanctions. The court has reviewed the motion and all the related briefs, the exhibits, the applicable law, has heard argument from counsel at the April 4, 1991 hearing, and is fully advised in the premises.
