Defendant, Security Life of Denver Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment entered against it and in favor of plaintiff, William K. Coors. Coors also cross-appeals a portion of the judgment. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

On December 8, 1994, Coors, accompanied by his attorney, met with an insurance agent to purchase life insurance. Coors and his attorney reviewed sales illustrations for a Security Life Ultra UL policy with a death benefit of $5.2 million and a projected annual premium of $331,871.
