The object of tliis bill is to restrain unfair competition in trade.
The complainant and defendant companies are corporations organized under the laws of this state. Both are engaged in the same line of trade — the manufacture and sale of bakery products. The business of the defendant company is confined to the Pacific coast states and adjacent territory, while the field of activity of the complainant company is nation-wide.
