Appellant sued appellee to recover damages for personal injuries inflicted upon his ward, by the alleged negligence of the appellee. The complaint is in one paragraph. It alleges, among other matters, substantially the following facts: The appellee owns and operates an electric interurban street railway, having its main line on Wabash avenue and a branch running north on Hinth street, in the city of Terre Haute.
