GORDON, defendant in error here, as plaintiff in the district court of the City and County of Denver, obtained a judgment against plaintiff in error, defendant in said district court, in the amount of $52,776.62. The former subsequently instituted supplementary proceedings looking toward the discovery of property which could be applied to the satisfaction of the judgment, in the course of which Handler was examined on different occasions as to what money or property he had.
