I respectfully dissent from the majority opinion.

I do:not agree with the over-all holding of the majority that Jameson, under the facts before us, is, under Federal and State Constitutions, immune from punishment by this court for his actions. Were I of the opinion that constitutional provisions protect him from pun*184ishment for contempt and divest this court of power to punish, then I would not censure him or to any degree be critical of his conduct in seeking refuge under the protective coverage of the constitutions. If the constitution does afford to Mr. Jameson what I consider unwarranted…
