This adversary proceeding arises out of and relates to this Chapter 13 case filed by Jacob L. Barr (“Barr” or “Debtor” or “Plaintiff-Debtor”) on July 26, 1993. The Chapter 13 Trustee’s motion to dismiss the case was granted at a hearing held before this Court on May 11, 1994. The order granting the motion was signed on July 6, 1994. It provided for the Debtor’s right to convert the case to a Chapter 7 within fifteen days from the date of the entry of the order.
