THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Defendants’ motion to dismiss and motion to stay proceedings pending resolution of a parallel action in state court for rescission of contract filed by Defendants. (D.E. 19). The Verified Complaint alleges claims for breach of contract, fraud, civil theft (Fla.
