In this action commenced under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988 (1988 & Supp. Ill 1991), the City of Springdale and Springdale Municipal Judge Stanley Ludwig appeal the District Court’s order denying their motion for summary judgment. Because we conclude that the District Court erred in denying Ludwig absolute immunity, we reverse the denial of summary judgment as to him. We dismiss the City’s appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
