Plaintiff Daniel C. Ellington (“Ellington”) brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (“§ 405(g)”), seeking review of the final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying Ellington’s claim for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 301-1397jj (the “Act”).
