This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Cole County, affirming a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Commission which denied plaintiffs' application for termination of coverage effective January 1, 1943, under the Unemployment Compensation Law, and holding that plaintiffs did not cease to be an employer subject to the law as of said date. The appeal was to the Supreme Court, and according to an opinion of that court in its case No. 40906, it was held that the Supreme Court did not have jurisdiction of the appeal, contrary to the contentions of both appellants and…
