An order of the Industrial Commission of Missouri holding the petitioner liable for a certain period under the Employment Ser curity Law of the state was affirmed by the circuit court, from which judgment .of- the court the petitioner has appealed.

For convenience we shall refer hereinafter to the appellant as the “petitioner”, to the respondent The’ Division of Employment Security of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations as the “Division”, and to the Industrial Commission of Missouri as the “Commission”.
