This was a suit by the appellee Milton Shirk, as sole plaintiff, against the appellant, John Reynolds, and Benjamin E. Brown, Sarah WT. Brown, Mary A, Walker and the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, who are named as appellees in this couj’t as defendants.
