— This is an action by Ruth Craig (appellee), upon a note executed by Joseph T. Hanna, James Green and Thomas F. Craig, and for the foreclosure of a mortgage executed by said Hanna and Green, including others claiming an interest in the mortgaged premises, all of whom are appellants. All of the complaint was withdrawn except the fifth paragraph. Appellants were all defaulted except Durham. He filed an answer in two paragraphs, the second being a denial.
