This is an appeal from a negative judgment. Appellants, William F. Steck Company, Inc. and Indiana *672Distributing Company of Indianapolis, Inc. delivered certain materials to the site where the Appellees, Horty Springfield and Esther Springfield, were having their new home built by R. C. Krachenfels, a contractor. After the new home was finished and the Springfields had concluded all property closing arrangements with the contractor, William F.
