This case is before us upon the petition of Defendants (Appellees) to transfer the cause from the Court of Appeals, Third District, that Court having reversed the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, (appellees). Said opinion is an erroneous decision upon a question of law involving the interpretation of a section of the Mechanic’s Lien statute, Ind.Code § 32-8-3-1 (Burns 1973).
