I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Lana Weingarten brought the above-captioned action against her former employer, defendant Optima Communications Systems, Inc. (“Optima”) for hostile work environment sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and New York State Human Rights Law.
