MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JAMES O. BROWNING, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Extend Deadlines and Request for Expedited Briefing, filed June 9, 2011 (Doe. 90). The Court held a hearing on July 6, 2011. The primary issues are: (i) whether the Court should order expedited briefing on Plaintiff Emilio J. Esqui-bel’s and Helen G. Esquibel’s motion; and (ii) whether the Court should extend the pretrial deadlines by sixty days. The Court need not order expedited briefing, because the parties have already completed briefing the Esquibels’ motion. See…
