CLEMENT, Circuit Judge:

Appellants, a police supervisor and his municipal employer, challenge a jury’s verdict that secretly recording and disclosing a personal phone call from appellee police officer to his wife violated the constitutional right to privacy and constituted an invasion-of-privacy tort under Louisiana law. On cross-appeal, the officer and his wife challenge the district court’s adverse summary judgment ruling on their Title VTI retaliation claim.
