PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS
Teresa Lynn Hunt was convicted of forgery in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-9-3, Ala. Code 1975. The trial court sentenced her as a habitual offender to 15 years' imprisonment; it ordered that her sentence be split and served as one year of incarceration, with the remainder of 14 years suspended for two years of probation after completing the one-year sentence.
