Appellees, Lena D. Bose and Georgia Bose, are respectively widow and daughter of Louis I. Bose, now deceased. On June 16, 1917, said Louis was alive and in the employ of appellant Vonnegut Hardware Company. On said day, while so employed and in the discharge of his duties connected therewith, he was taken sick, and so informed the foreman *387under whom he was working. He thereupon went home.
