This is a workmen’s compensation case. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152. In the Superior Court a decree was entered that the claimants, minors under sixteen years of *558age, were members of the deceased employee’s family at the time of his injury and death, were totally dependent upon him for support and were entitled to dependency compensation. The decree also ordered the insurer to pay an amount not exceeding $150 for funeral expenses of the deceased employee. From this decree the insurer appealed.
