PHILLIPS, Circuit Judge.
Rawls was charged by information containing two counts with violations of 12 U.S.C.A. § 588b, 50 Stat. 749. The first count charged that Rawls entered the First State Bank of Hulbert, Oklahoma, a state bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insur- anee Corporation under 12 U.S.C.A. § 264, with intent to commit larceny therein. The second count charged that Rawls took and carried away $162, the property of such bank.
