This case is on appeal from a judgment of the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, in favor of defendant, Chrysler Corporation (hereafter Chrysler), and dismissing the petition of the appellant, Gene Morris. On May 3, 1977, appellant filed suit in municipal court for the city of Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. After trial on the merits, the municipal court judge found in favor of appellant and awarded him damages in the amount of $865.
