This is an original proceeding brought under R.C.P. Colo. 116(a). Complainant, T. L. Smith Company, seeks a writ directed to the District Court of the City and County of Denver prohibiting that court from hearing and determining various issues (arising in a suit pending in that court) over which the court allegedly has no jurisdiction.
