This is an appeal from an interlocutory order in chancery, granting a temporary injunction on a bill filed by appellee against appellant for a reformation of a contract, an accounting and a temporary injunction, as ancillary to the relief prayed. June 11,1897, by written instrument of that date, the Chicago Exhibition Company leased to the State Board of Agriculture .the right to occupy and use for twelve days, commencing Novembers, 1897, and ending November 13, 1897, the ground floor and gallery spaces of the Coliseum, situated in…
