Plaintiff Wild Fish Conservancy is a nonprofit advocacy organization, "dedicated to the preservation and recovery of the Northwest's native fish species and the ecosystems upon which those species depend." Id. ¶ 8. The Conservancy alleges that the salmon farms in Puget Sound jeopardize the continued existence of listed wild salmonids in Washington. Id. ¶¶ 47-49.
