In the above entitled action, plaintiff, Kyowa Gas Chemical Industry Company, Ltd. (“Kyowa”), submitted a Rule 56.1 motion for review of an administrative determination upon an agency record, challenging the Final Results of Administrative Review of Antidumping Finding in Acrylic Sheet from Japan. 48 Fed.Reg. 34490 (July 29, 1983).
