This is an action in forcible entry and detainer for the possession of lots 17 and 18 in block 1, Westport addition to Sapulpa, Okla. The proceeding was begun before Paul C. Davis, justice of the peace, and on affidavit for a change of venue was transferred to the justice of the ■peace court of E. I-I. Snider, where a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff on the 27th day of September, 1935, finding that the defendant was guilty under the terms of the statute with relation to forcible entry and detainer and ordering restitution of the premises.
