KRAMER, Chief Judge:

The appellant appeals, through counsel, a November 17, 2000, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board or BVA) decision that denied an increased disability rating for his service-connected residuals of a gunshot wound (GSW) to the left shoulder, affecting Muscle Group (MG) I, currently rated as 10% disabling.
