{¶ 1} Respondent, James David Owen of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0003525, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1979. On April 6, 2012, relator, disciplinary counsel, filed a one-count complaint charging Owen with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility 1 alleging that Owen had engaged in misconduct in his representation of Robert Caulley in a criminal matter.
